I reserve the right to edit or add to these Terms of Service at any time. As the client, it is your job to read and understand the following guidelines. Failing to do so will not be my responsibility.

Payment is upfront in full and in USD through Paypal or Ko-fi after we have discussed what you want drawn.I am free to cancel and/or refund commissions at any given time.If the commissioner chooses to cancel the commission after work has been started, they will be charged for the work so far and refunded the rest.Additional Fees
Artwork done based on an existing design or reference sheet are no additional charge. If I am going off of only a written explanation of the design, I MAY incur an additional fee due to the cost of performing character design. Likewise, if your commission has complicated designs or wishes to include an animal or creature I may also incur an extra fee but I will determine if it is necessary while we negotiate prices based on complexity.Rules
Please describe your commission as much as you can and keep in mind things like hair, body type, clothes, scars, accessories, eye color, personality, expression & more. Giving clear information (bullet points), visual references in the form of pictures, or color palettes is greatly appreciated. If you wish to give me artistic freedom, please tell me in no uncertain terms.Once the sketch is approved, only minor changes are allowed to the design. Make sure that you are aware of this so that you don’t ask for major changes when it's too late. Minor edits like adding in details that I may have forgotten is perfectly fine howeverCopyright
You can repost the artwork as much as you like, but you must remember to tag me or credit me. Do NOT claim the work as your own or trace it.All commission work is assumed to be made for the purpose of being used non-commercially, therefore, you cannot sell or profit from commissioned work unless it was commissioned for that purpose at my knowledge and consent.You do NOT have the right to mint or sell my commissions for NFT. If you do I will never do business with you again. Additionally, if you modify my work or plagiarize it using AI Art, I will also refuse to do business with you.I retain the right to post and display commissioned work on social media or other public forums and to use said work as advertisement.
